babbu5508 - 03-15-11 11:17 The correct answer is D. The liver can be divided into three zones. Zone 1 is periportal, zone 2 is intermediate (between 1 and 3), and zone 3 is associated with the central vein. Zone 3 contains the P450 oxidase enzyme system and is most sensitive to injury
