zkadhem - 05-24-09 20:17 Mitral Stenosis
* There is atrial fibrillation. No P waves are visible. The rhythm is irregularly irregular (random).
* There is the suggestion of right ventricular hypertrophy. Right axis deviation and deep S waves in the lateral leads. Another important feature of right ventricular hypertrophy not shown here is a dominant R wave in lead V1.

babbu5508 - 06-18-10 03:51 all that i can find from the ecg is: irregularly irregular rhythm, right axis deviation, absent p waves..suggesting atrial fibrillation with right ventricular hypertrophy
with MDM and loud s1 it ought to be mitral stenosis.

bingousmle - 06-30-10 19:02 a loud first heart sound with a middiastolic murmur is a hint for mitral stenosis .. irregularly irregular rhythm .. atrial fibrillation
