U can register to take the interactive course and then take online written exam and recieve online completion certificate.You can also take hands-on skills evaluation at skills testing centers to recieve a certification card,but it is optional.
Test format is like case simulations.I think the online course is usually sufficient.In practical skill test u have to demostrate practically yur skills at a skills testing center.
If they specifically ask for such an address then u can search for other such ACLS online courses which have no such requirement.
BTW,where r u from?
If u also wanna take the practical skills test then u will have to search for a course administered in yur city or near there.
