I am a second yr med student .i need to submit 500 case histories/case studies as part of my school curiculum.since its the peak time for me to write down the case studies by searching the internet or framing by my own.So i request some one to guide me in the aspect by showing me any site where there will be exact case reports which includes the history, physical examination,that i could copy with out reading through it from the site directly.IF u can help me on this aspect u gonna save lot of time for my step 1 preparation. thank u
