Yes, u can change from one centre to another,but certain conditions apply.Refer to the website www.ecfmg.org to know about them.
Yes, there r pediatric case in Step-2CS exam,but it is usually the guardian or parent who presents to u his/her child's case.The child is not there.
Book a spot at Philadelphia centre if u r able to do so.

bluesea - 02-06-11 09:53 thanks for ur reply i am giving 40 days to prepare for step 2 cs i think tht will be sufficient but if i am not spontaneous i will extend my date my question is i am not finding cases of paediatrics in uworld much i hv not read peadiatrics for long do u suggest should i do some stuuf from ck paeds and stuff given in first aid cs fr paeds will be sufficient

If u feel that u r not comfortable with paeds cases then u can brush up yur pediatrics knowledge a bit.
FA and UW Paeds will be enough.Refer also to the paeds cases which r there in FA minicases.
Develop a format to tackle different cases under each discipline viz. Medicine,Surgery,Psych,Paeds,etc.That will be very helpful.
