About Choosing Between PA and MPH

Hi,Guys I am confusing bet PA program and MPH program,I am thinking to apply to one of them in case if i didnt get any thing this year also but i dont know the advantage and dis advantage of this programs, I heard alot FMG went to PA programs after they lose hope in getting in to residency.
I need your advice to have a good picture.

I need your advice to have a good picture.
A physician Assistant degree will allow u to see patients in a hospital setting like a physician.U will be interacting with the patients like a physician.
An MPH will allow u to work as an epidemiologist,or public health officer,research officer,university faculty member.U will not be treating the patients.
Due to the above mentioned reasons u may see many FMG's going into PA programs as they want to deal with patients.
