GC and Ctizenship status r accepted by almost all residency programs, but EAD may not be accepted by every residency program. If u have an EAD then u may have to talk to programs about whether they will allow u to do a residency on it or not.
Good Luck!

This because EAD is only valid for a certain period of time, and sometimes there is an apprehension that an applicant's GC application can get rejected.
Keep in mind u need to apply for an SSN before u can work on an EAD.
So, if u can convince the program that u will not have any problems in future then the program can alow u to join their residency program.
On the ERAS CAF u can write both yur current and expected visa status.
Good Luck!
