About FCVS?

Dear adonis, I'm very thankful for the help and support you provide to us.
About FCVS, they ask about any GME program you attend, does this apply to residency programs outside US or only inside the US?
I didn't complete my residency program since I left Iraq because of the situation there? Do I have to include that unfinished residency in Iraq? Iraqi hospitals will not reply to FCVS even if they receive their request, what should I do?

FCVS will attempt to verify everything, including out of the US residency and licensure.
It is advised to include everything in yur FCVS application.If FCVS does not recieve complete verification of yur out of US residency then they may forward the partially complete verification of yur credentials to the third party viz. state board,etc.
