There is a prgram called fmgaffordable.com near Baltimore Maryland. Did anyone did that program? Is it good? They offer 6 weeks program and you get the chance to work under doctors in private practices and at the hospital. Anyone?

It is with the private practioners and not in the teaching hospitals.U will get US LORs, so it is better than having no experience at all.I hope it is not too much expensive.
Why don't u first try to get some externship or observership in some teaching hospital for free?

awmshanaz - 02-19-11 20:14 I got through with my USMLE Step 1 (1st attempt). But the score is 202/83. Bit disappointed with the score. Most of them ask for ECFMG Certificate. Working towards the Step 2 now. Volunteering under a nice Doc in the area. Hoping to apply for Residency in 2012. Really worried.
