Looking at yur scores it is just natural to think that it will be difficult for u to get into an IM Residency program as nowadays there r many applicants with very high scores.
Wy do not u try for Family Medicine?Why not Psychiatry if u have some experience in Psych?
I presume that u have passed the USMLE Steps without any multiple attempts.
