Internship in the US means residency training,so u will have to apply to residency programs.
If r from a Carribean medical school n have competed yur pre-clinical years then u can transfer to some US hospital n do yur clinical clerckships there.For doing so u need to contact yur medical school authorities n check if they have any affiliations with any of the US hospitals.
