HI Adonis ,
my recomendations did not specify the duration for the experience and I am confused if that will afect the honesty of my CV .
also what is the benifit if I waived my wright to see the LOR , I mean the PDs would know that which may give my LOR more credibilty.

It is better to have the dates on the LOR itself but not essential. This because u will be mentioning the dates of yur various experieinces in the ERAS CAF(Common Application Form) itself.
If u waive yur right to see the LOR then the one who reads the LOR gets an impression that u did not press the LOR writer to write anything according to yur own wish. That imparts more credibility to yur LOR.But, there is a drawback as well and it is that u will not get yur LOR back from ERAS once the match season is over. So, if u need to apply again u will have to again ask the writer for another LOR.
Good Luck!
