Yes, u can take the USMLE Steps n score high(>90,or even higher) on them n pass all the Steps, including Step-2CS, on the first attempt.
Yur research/clinical experience during yur Ob&Gyn residency training in India will help.
Wat is yur year of graduation?
Best Wishes!

It has been 11 years since u graduated from a medical school, but as u have a PG in Obs and Gyne alongwith teaching experience so I think u still do have chances if u can fulfill the conditions which I mentioned above.
Moreover, it is always good to give it try coz' u will obviously not be having any financial constraints. Also, u will be eligible to apply for a fellowhsip in gynecology n Obs once u complete all the USMLE Steps as u already have a PG in the specialty.
Best Wishes!

If u do an FM residency then u can do a one year advanced training in Obstetrics.
A fellowship in Gastroenterology after an FM residency is not possible n u will need to do an IM residency before u can apply for a Gastro fellowship.
Best Wishes!
