TheOne - 04-23-08 02:13 Hi sarfraz,
Getting an observership does help, anything from a month or over that will show up on your resume is an asset that will back your status up. Doing this observership in Canda does have its value, you know it will be better if you do it here in the US but having no other choices the one up north comes in handy. GL

radhamesramos - 04-24-08 10:03 Yes, the term US clinical experience relates to medical experience done in the US by a Foreign Medical Graduate. Although Canada has an excellent medical system, some PDs won't be satisfied with a clinical experience not done in the US. Hopefully you can get something in the US
