i should go for observership before my cs exam or later.
If u do it before yur Step-2CS exam then u will get a feel of how to interact with the patients in the US.However, I must also say that to pass Step-2CS exam u also need do a perfect timed practice with a live practice partner using the First Aid for Step-2CS and USMLEWorld online Step-2CS course.
