I am a fresh Indian medical graduate from a foreign university and dont have much support from my university and hence can't plan for USMLE, so can u suggest me any other exams to pursue my post-graduation where university has a less role to play.

U donot need any support from yur university in order to take the USMLE exams. If money is not a constraint then u can take these exams easily.U only need to get yur Certification of Identification Form, etc signed from yur medical school.
Nearly all the other licensing exams will also need u to get yur medical diploma verified from yur university. There r many other exam options like PLAB exams for UK,AMC exams for Australia, etc.
Good Luck!
