I cannot favour any one agency.There r many there on the web like : essayedge,usmleworld,mededits,etc.
But, I donot know how much honest they r in writing CVs and PSs for applicants.It can be that they write the same PS for many applicants.If that is the case then this is not good at all.Also,there must be no plagiarism in a Personal Statement.
So, u need to decide yurself about this issue.
