About Receipt of LORs By ECFMG ERAS

Hi,
I sent two LORs on the 8/18/10 and one LOR on 8/20/10 by regular USPS mail.
It's 9/2/10 now and I still dont see any of the letters on OASIS under the 'verify receipt of documents' section.
In the updates on OASIS, it says,
Mail - ERAS Support Services is currently preparing mail received on Monday, August 23.
Scanning - ERAS Support Services is currently scanning documents received on Friday, August 13.
What does 'preparing mail' mean?
Should I be worried at this point? It's been around 15 days since I mailed it out.
Any help will be appreciated.

U shud not get worried about this.Since u have mailed yur LORs on or around 18 th of the last month and the ERAS is still preparing the documents it has recieved on 23 August so u need to waait for few days more.U can check from the USPS webpage aboutwhen they delivered the documents to the ECFMG ERAS.By that u can make an informed guess about when yur LORs will ,most probably, be prepared and then scanned.
By using the word 'preparing' the ERAS means the sorting out of the documents and uploading the info about the reciept of one's documents.
