hey i have cleared my steps with 99 and will be writing step 3 soon. did two months of observership. and i am looking for neurology resdiency.i got research job opportunity on H1b visa at good university program in neurology department. should i take it or do some observership/externship???

Some residency programs do accept H1b visa transfer as well,so it will definitely help u at those programs.
Considering the situation these days where many people go unmatched it wud be better to take this offer n later apply to residency programs while u r doing this job.Moreover, this research experience will definitely help u.
