Hi evry one,I have been told by some of my friends that only the US nationals/citizens will be paid during the residency programme and rest of the IMG and especially other nationals will not be paid salary during their residency periods.Is it true....... please help me out on this aspect.

Re:About Salary In Residency bingousmle - 05-21-10 00:07 i dont think so... at least all my friends receive their salaries at par with their other counterparts... are you referring to any particular program???

It can never be possible to do this.This because no resident will ever be able to sustain him/herself in the US without a salary.
It is just a baseless rumour.
