U got to use the best two resources for Step-2CS prep.They r the USMLE World Step-2CS course and the First Aid for Step-2CS.U need to practice the case scenarios mentioned in them with a live practice partner.Vigourous Practice is the key to passing this exam.
About attending a Step-2CS work-shop in the US,I don't think that is a bad idea if money is not a constraint for u.Even if u attend such a work-shop u will stil need to practice hard with a live practice partner.The workshop will give u a real exposure to how one shud communicate with the SP's.
