Patient population which one gets to see across different Step-2CS centres may vary.In Chicago one can get to see more number of Black patients who have a thick accent otherwise there is not anything like that in Chicago more people will fail than at other Step-2CS centres.
It is also pertinent to mention that it only depends on one's preparation that how well a test-taker fares in the exam.
I must also say that if u personally feel more comfortable in taking yur exam in Philadelphia then u shud do so even if u need to delay yur exam.Passing the exam on first attempt is more important than anything else.
