About Step-3 Score Transmission

I am an FMG. have decent scores in step 1 and ck passed cs in first attempt. am ecfmg certified. and applied this year to g surg.. need visa.. i have got2 interviews. while applying i was still to receive my step3 scores. and i answered no to automatic update of usmle transcript. today i learnt that i have just passed the step3 exam with a 2 digit score of 80. should i retransmit my usmle transcript. howis it going to affect the number of interviews i may get..kindly advise asap.

It is a catch22 situtation.
If yur Step-1 and Step-2CK scores r in 90's and u r within 5 yrs of graduation then I don't think that u need to transmit this low Step-3 score now.So u can wait for some time,say upto 1st week of Oct.If the number of interviews does not increase as expected then u don't obviously have anything at stake by releasing the Step-3 score.
If the above is not true then u can transmit yur Step-3 score.
So, just take a calculated step so that it does not hurt u.
