Yes, these two sources r usually enough,but if u wanna do more then refer to Goljan for Step-2CK.
There is another book called Step-Up To Medicine for Step-2CK which is also highly refferred to by the USMLE test-takers.

hi r goljan step 2 ck notes the same as his pathology notes bec he says in his lectures tht my notes for step 1 and 2 r same

i think there is a little variation between his notes with regards to the hy points...n heard that goljan is really good for step 1 n 2
