i have got 92/218 in step 1,n yet 2 give step 2 in may....what else i should do to make my application better,,n will b1/b2 visa z ok to go to US for CS n observerships.....

Pass Step-2CK with a greater score n do pass Step-2CS only on the first attempt only.
Do observerships in the US.Yes, u can do observerships on a B1/B2 visa and u can get that visa.

U can do observerships anywhere in the US.
U will have to try so that u can find the one coz' there will be many applicants there.
Paid observeships/externships arranged by companies r usually those where u r made to work in doctors' offices.Do keep in mind that an observership done at a teaching hospital is always better and is usually offered for free.
