i finished my step 1 last september.. i do not have an official score report. am giving my step 2 in august 2011. am applying for an exam in new zealand. it requires official score report.. i do not want to send it to the third party directly but i want to recive itmyself and then send it. how can i do this?? how long will it take for them to send me the transcript?

U r probably applying for the NZREX Clinical exam.
Go to the following link where u can find the Form 172 to request yur USMLE Transcript from the ECFMG:
http://www.ecfmg.org/usmle/transcripts/index.html
It takes four weeks to process the request for a USMLE Transcript.
