"I waive / I do not waive my rights to see this letter.
If "waive" is selected, I waive my right to see this letter under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). I understand that if I waive my right to see this letter, this document is not eligible to be returned to me through the ECFMG Return of Document Service (RoDs). I acknowledge that this letter is for the specific purpose of supporting my application for a residency."
The above declaration is from the LOR Cover Sheet.U must have given the LOR sheet signed by u to the LOR writer.Which option did u mark in the LOR sheet?
Moreover, the LOR writer shud have written the statement of waiver in the body of the LOR as well.
Best Wishes!
