Can you please explain what does the waiving of an LOR mean?

It means that u r giving up yur right to see the content of yur LOR.

and also once you send these letters to eras and upload them you cannot claim them back from eras if you have waived your rights..

the waiving of ones rights to see the LOR though i feel is a double edged sword, though it makes the letter more credible you never have a chance to know what has been written in it.

Ye, because u cannot reveal the content of a waived LOR.

if its waive ,then its has to go from physicin officie or can i send it myself??
what do you suggest should i upload lor on website or send it eras now?or its too late for eras

Send it to ERAS.It is not too late.U can send it yurself as well because the LOR will be in a sealed envelope.The better option wud be if the Physician sends it him/herself.

ERAS take 4 weeks to upload LORs.so wat you suggest i should waive my letter and send it to ecfmg or dont waive it & upload it on my website??

4 weeks is the maximum time ERAS takes.It means that documents will be uploaded within this time.
So u can send it to ERAS.

adonis do you thinkit is bettr not to waive ones right to see the LOR as many positions are released off cycle and the LORs can be used then

Ye, that also stands true.One may need the LORs in future as well.
Bingo,it is a catch-22 situation.
