i am doctor from kurukshetra( india), my question is when one should take step 2cs ideally ,i mean in which month ?, what material for study is good for success in usmlestep2cs? , how many weeks or month is needed for this because i took my step2ck in july last year after i didn't study very well , i was concentrated on workingin hospital ,plz answer my question i am really worried about this (cs)exam , i''ll appretiate your response,ook bye

Take the test as soon as possible, no matter which month, I prefer if someone takes the test and gets the ECFMG certification before residency application dates kicks in (before September).

First Aid for USMLE Step 2 CS book, usmleworld.com CS section.
"how many weeks or month is needed for this?"
You are the only person who can decide that, according to your pace, hours/day, work commetments, etc. I believe 2-4 weeks would be enough.
