Hi. i want to know does the NRMP release the list of unfilled positions only to unmatched candidates who have submitted a rank order list or is it released to everyone who participated in the nrmp match. i am hoping for the scramble as i did not get any interview due to late application.

One will not have access to the list of unfilled programs if he/she did not register with the Match.
