ACGME is the Accreditation council for Graduate medical Education.
The Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education is a private, non-profit council that evaluates and accredits medical residency programs in the United States.
The Residency Pogram which is thus accredited by them is the ACGME PROGRAM.
RCPSC is the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons Canada.
The Royal College
.accredits specialty residency programs in Canada
.assesses the acceptability of residents' education
So the residency program accredited by them is the RCPSC accredited program.
Yes,some states need the candidates to have some previous ACGME/RCPSC accredited training before they can appear in USMLE Step-3.
