8401glacieres - 01-11-08 03:13 A-----is the answer.
Since she has long standing emphysema she will be having chronic respiratiry acidosis compensated by renal mechanisms, but however we r not given his value of HCO3, which would have helped in comming to a diagnosis easily, it is better t pick up option A.
