USMLE administers their exams thro' the Prometric Testing Centers all over the world.In Iran the
USMLE Exams r not administered by the Prometric.If u want to administer USMLE exams on behalf of the USMLE in Iran,then I think u will have to write to the USMLE directly regarding it.
