hi everybody,

recently gave cs.all the cases were from first aid.i am really afraid now since i am remembering very common mistakes.could anybody suggest or predict my pass or fail status from the mistakes i remember below.

i forgot to give counselling in one or two cases,differential diagnosis was almost entirely wrong for alcohol counselling(i wrote h/o 2 yr. alcohol,oppositional defiant disorder, conduct disorder),WHAT COULD BE THE DIFFERENTIAL FOR ALCOHOL COUNSELLING IN THE CS EXAM? I repeated the same question and the sp reminded me that i had already asked the question,did not shake hand after finishing the encounter in 3/4 cases(fa insists that do not attempt to shake hand after the encounter except only if the sp takes the initiative;my patient note was good in data gathering, physical exam except the differential diagnosis part;did not took permission to tie the gown after exam but took permission to untie the gown before performingn the physical exam.i did not offered glass of water/tissue paper to one case with cough.forgot to perform cerebeller, deep tendon reflexes exam on one neuro case but performed EOMI,PERRLA,MENTAL STATUS AND SENSORY PLUS MUSCULAR STRENGTH EXAM.

rest i was very meticulous regarding knocking onto the door before entering, washing hands before making physical exam,taking permission to start the physical exam and untieing the gown.performed the history taking with LIQORAAA,PAMHUGFOSS(ODA) in almost every case(except no liqoraaa in pain cases).i had no problem with history taking but i forgot a couple of physical manuevers.

UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES CAN ANYBODY GIVE ME MY POSSIBILITY OF PASSING THIS EXAM.CS FOR ME WAS NOT AN EASY STEP OF USMLE.GAVE EXAM IN MID OCTOBER, WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE THE RESULT?PLEASE BE SO KIND TO GUIDE ME AT THIS DIFFICULT TIME.A SINCERE ADVICE FROM ALL THOSE WHO HAVE PASSED OR FAILED THIS EXAM WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED!!!!!!!!
