The posterior version of this dislocation has been associated with multiple complications, including respiratory compromise, vascular injury, brachial plexopathy, pneumothorax, dysphagia and even death, and should be managed by timely closed or open reduction.

am going with the SVC on the rt side and the bracheocephalic on the lt.
but you on 2nd thought the SVC itself actually begines lower than the sterno-clavicular joint by the union of rt and lt bracheocephalic veins so the only structure that is high up enough is esophagus

The superior vena cava is c.7 cm in length, formed by the junction of the brachiocephalic veins. It returns blood to the heart from the superior half of the body. It begins behind the lower border of the first right costal cartilage near the sternum, descends vertically behind the first and second intercostal spaces, and ends in the upper right atrium behind the third right costal cartilage.
