When ERAS opens appliction to the residency program which will be on September 1, 2009. If you're a FMG at this time you need to have:
1) Passed USMLE Steps 1, 2CK and 2 CS.
2) Hold a Valid ECFMG certificate.
3) Prepared your ERAS Application, Personal Statement and LORs.
4) If possible, have some US clinical experience.

It's ok if you can't do all of the above but it's, again, preferable for FMGs.
But it's mandatory to Apply on the above date.

September 1, but 2009. The earlier, the better, so try to ahve everything ready for next year
