the hypopigmented macules is the ash leaves.
The nodular red colr lesion is the shagren patch!

EPILOIA is a good mnemonic to remember principle manifestations of tuberous sclerosis in fact it is often used as a synonym for the condition - its epilepsy, low intelligence, adenoma sebaceum
