a- diarrhea .
b- rash .
c- pedal edema .

diarrhea is auseful clue,headache,malaise and mental changes, in a setting of immunocompromised patient is typical for legionella

Correct ,it's diarrhea.
The diagnosis of legionella is suggested by extrapulmonary S &S including diarrhea, abdominal pain ,azotemia and hematuria.

and very important exam wise, coz they can use any other atypical symptom to confuse you, or distract you from pneumonias,and one does fall in trap very easily.

Yes ,as an atypical pnemonia you may expect something not classic .Legionella is associated with lot of these atypical finding which was written in details in Microbiology Made Rediculasly Easy for STEP 1 .
