what i get from the question and then a reply is you are too flabbergasted, what i mean is thinking toooo much, which even i do but doesnt really helps what helps is doing concrete things, the things that produce results, of course keeping info before hand is a very good thing but for things that are too negative like failing should not be the ones holding up your brain so much.
yes from what i have heard they have removed that wait time for reapplying after negative result and about getting dates it would be tough as always there is no bypass, so delay can occur due to that!!!
but wait why am i also flowing away with you for the thing that hasnt even occured!!!take care and good luck

That's what you should do .As Sackatdoc said before I left it behind me .Try to focus on your next test since it's more than pass test .
