it could be a muscle strain by sudden wrong posture which is best cured by giving rest and analgesics...

a. Bed rest for three to five days. when low back pain related to strians. probably bed rest with NSAID will be approproiate.

a. Bed rest for three to five days...as it could be a lumbar strain...which can be relieved by bed rest for 3-5 days..n of course, analgesics are required.
