Tthe talisman for scoring in STEP3- stop thinking theory, be very practical and think what is logical and most appropiate, even the mcqs that we will be encountering will be testing your basic understanding of the disease rather than some fancy name or pathophysiology,
one has to be very selective while preparing for STEP3, concentrating all those topics which an usual American ER, OPD OR WARD sees every day, no more reading of rare diseases for STEP3
one has to get into habit of thinking common things first, easier and fundamental answer to complex situations first.In short one has to be a caim and wise thinker, EXAM will itself sail you thru, these were my inputs, anybody likes, he or she should feel free to add, THANKS and good luck.
