Wat r the best options for Post-Graduation among Universities in the US...??
Offcourse, the best Universities to do Post-Graduation wud be Harvard,Johns Hopkins,Weil Cornell,Columbia,UT South-western,University of California,etc.There r many more as well.But, these top-notch universities prefer American Medcial Graduates and it is very difficult for an IMG to get into one of such top-notch universities.The competition also varies from specialty to specialty.
