It should be a high cholesterol diet. The others diminish the secretion of hepatic bile acid. Well, not sure about alcoholic hepatitis

alcoholic hepatitis cannot be the answer as they might have degrees of cholestasis. I would go with choice 5 but i read a paper on familial hypercholestrolemia and the volume of bile. it says that in many pts with FH the bile volume decreases and it can serve as a risk factor for CAD.

I'd love to see the correct answer!

the ans is 3,hepatic bile acid synthesis is subject to -ve feedback regulation by bile acids returning to d liver frm portal circulation.so abnormlities dat interrupt d enterohepatic cycling of bile acids such as bil. fistula vil result in increased bile acid synthesis.
