babbu5508 - 03-23-11 14:14 The correct answer is B. The enzyme aromatase is found in adipose tissue (and hence is increased in fat people), muscle, and skin. It acts on androgens to form estrogens by adding double bonds to make a benzene-like ring. It is this enzyme whose activity is relatively increased in liver disease.
