Re: bone lesion
sshahraz - 02-26-08 16:57 i feel better with prostate cancer. in prostate cancer we do have both osteoblastic and osteoclastic bone lesions. in paget the dominant feature is osteoclastic ones. in mm osteoclasts are active. in tb and other infections bone lesion cannot be osteoblastic.
