Bruton versus CVID

1- Presentation of CVID is later in life.
2- During physical examination, Bruton disease there is no lumphoid tissue, tonsils or adenoids, while in CVID it is normal.
3- The type of infections are similar in both cases.
4-B-cells in Bruton's disease are absent while in CVID they are normal in number and morphology.
