Ye.now u can take Step-2CS test before Step-1 or Step-2CK.Ye,u can take it after or before yur clerckship.But, it is better to take it after yur clerckship because that will make it easier for u to interact with the Standardised Patients.

Obviously,it is much better to do yur rotations or clerckships at the best institutes like:Cleveland Clinic,Baylor,John's Hopkins,Baylor College,etc.

Re: Can I take CS before Steps-1&2? timpani - 12-19-09 08:32 You can take USMLE Step 1, 2CK and 2CS examinations in any order as you like. I can not advise you about Clinical Rotations, as I myself have not done any.
