hello friends,
can any one of you let me know if its possible to get an extension on b1 visa
the rules says people on b1 visa have to come back after 6 month even though they have ten years multiple entry visa

Re: can we get extension on B1 visa radhamesramos - 01-26-08 12:51 That is up to the immigration department in the state you are, you can always ask for an extension, but it is not sure they will grant it. Got to USCIS.gov and check the info over there

Remember the reasons for the US visit that u told the visa officer during the visa i/v at the consulate.

But as I said, know the possible risks too.
