1) Reduce Preload.
2) Reduce Afterload (Peripheral Vascular Resistance).
3) Improve Heart Contractility.
A is the best Answer, Loop diuretics are the cornerstone in the treatment of CHF, while ACEI reduce morbidity & mortality, so does B-blockers...that's why Answer D is good too.
