on UW I saw such type of Q, and they say that according to new guidelines screening is recommended after 21 regardless of sexual activity.

he current guidelines, recommend that women get a Pap test three years after they begin having sexual intercourse, but no later than age 21. And that women younger than 30 have an annual exam. For women 30 or older, the recommendation was every two to three years, if they'd had three consecutive negative Pap tests.

recommendations state that cervical cancer screening in sexually active persons should begin 3 years after first sexual encounter. for none sexually active patients, screening is done from 18-21 years of age.
